Yes — rental extensions are possible subject to availability. Contact the yard asearly as possible if you need additional time. We will confirm availability andextend your booking at the current applicable rate. Do not return the equipment late without notifying us — late returns without notice may affect your deposit.
No — Rental Brothers operates a pickup-only yard at 265927 Maple Dell Rd,Otterville, ON. All customers pick up and return equipment at the Otterville yard. We do not offer delivery or pickup from job sites. If you need to transport heavy equipment to your site, we carry machine float trailers and tandem axle trailers that can be added to your booking.
Call the yard immediately if you experience a mechanical issue with rented equipment. We will advise you on the situation and arrange resolution. Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself. Equipment breakdown due to mechanicalfailure will not be charged against your deposit — breakdown due to misuse or operator error will be assessed according to our damage policy.
Our minimum rental period is a half-day. There is no daily minimum for small tools.For heavy equipment — excavators, skid steers, trailers — the half-day is the shortest available rental period. Weekly minimums are not required; you can rent a machine for a single half-day or a full week depending on your project needs.
