We do not offer delivery or pickup from job sites. If you need to transport heavy equipment to your site, we carry machine float trailers and tandem axle trailers that can be added to your booking.
Call the yard immediately if you experience a mechanical issue with rented equipment. We will advise you on the situation and arrange resolution. Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself. Equipment breakdown due to mechanicalfailure will not be charged against your deposit — breakdown due to misuse or operator error will be assessed according to our damage policy.
Our minimum rental period is a half-day. There is no daily minimum for small tools.For heavy equipment — excavators, skid steers, trailers — the half-day is the shortest available rental period. Weekly minimums are not required; you can rent a machine for a single half-day or a full week depending on your project needs.
